Compound Sets: 3 sets of 8 reps ea exercise.



Barbell Bench Press, DB Row

Incline Bench Press, Cable Row

Db alt. Bicep Curl, Tricep cable pushdown (rope)

Cable Bicep Curl, Db Kickback (tricep)

Db front and lateral raise, tabletop crunches(40 reps every set)

Cable Shoulder Press, Reverse Leg Raise (lower abs)



Elliptical: 10 Incline, 11 Resistance -1st 10 minutes

2 week blitz

After seeing the results of the guys two week blitz', they inspired me to do the same. I'm currently at 8% bf and am trying to get down to 4 or 5 optimaly and hopin this two week blitz of my own wil ignite my progress. Any suggestions for nutrition during this blitz?
