2 week blitz

Being too active...Possible?

I am currently trying to lean out and create a more athletic look for myself by eating clean, doing strength training 4 times a week (2 upper and 2 lower), performing my HIIT Cardio after my weight training sessions. I tend to get my workouts done early in the morning would it be counter productive if I got bored later and decided to go take a jog or play basketball or do some planks. Im really paranoid about over training, so I guess what I'm asking is how much is too much?
